Designed to withstand the toughest of marine
environments, Heavy duty wood dock hardware is formed from 1/4" high
strength carbon steel, welded via MIG and Robotic processes. It is
hot-dipped galvanized for long lasting life. The hardware is then
re-squared to insure absolute accuracy. The hardware attaches to
lumber 1 1/2" to 3 1/2" thick and 8", 10" or 12" high with 1/2"
galvanized carriage bolts. Dock hardware pieces and our plan kits
are perfect for the Do-It-Yourself builder.

Poly-Floats
| |
|
|
Poly-Floats are made from a blow-molded, high density polyethylene
shell that is filled with expanded polystyrene. The polyethylene
shell is unaffected by gasoline, oil, salt water and most chemicals.
UV inhibitors protect the shell from the damaging effects of
sunlight. The closed cell polystyrene filler maintains the flotation
capabilities of the Poly-Float even if it should become damaged or
punctured. Poly-Floats are available in depths of 12", 16", 20", 24"
and 32". Dedicated boot slots to attach to frame. Comes in black. |

Hoop Pile
Holders |

Hoop Pile Holders are engineered to be used with
round pilings, wood or steel. The mounting frames are made from 1
1/2" schedule .40 steel pipe. Once all welding and fabrication has
been completed, the units are hot-dipped galvanized. Stainless steel
hex head bolts and nylon lock nuts are used to attach hoops. These
pile guides offer easy installation and removal and free up and down
movement of the dock. |

Pipe Holders
These versatile welded steel pipe holders
with set screws can be used for constructing stationary dock or
mounting brackets for handrail. The welded steel pipe holders are
hot-dipped galvanized for durability and long life. The mounting
plate attaches with 1/2" galvanized carriage bolts. 3/8" Galvanized
set screws are included for use with 1 1/2" schedule 40" galvanized
pipe. |

Our versatile hot dipped galvanized

to allow free movement of the dock. The split welded pipe holders
are designed with ease of installation and removal in mind. These
two piece hot dipped galvanized pipe holders come complete with four
(4) 3/8" galvanized hex head bolt sets. The welded steel pipe holder
with set screws can be used to construct a stationary dock or
mounting brackets for handrails. All pipe holders attach with 1/2"
galvanized carriage bolts. |

Hot-Dipped
Galvanized Steel Truss Frames
Steel Truss Frames permit
you to build the strongest dock systems at an affordable price in a
very short time. The Truss Frames are fabricated from heavy duty 1
1/2" 1 1/2" x 3/16" carbon steel angles, separated by 1/2" diagonal
round stock. A MIG welding process is used to weld the Truss Frames
into three, four, five, six and eight foot widths, x 12" high x 10'
long. Custom size frames are available also. Once the fabrication
has been completed the entire Truss Frame is hot-dipped galvanized.
The Truss Frames can be bolted together (using galvanized bolts and
washers) side-to-side or end-to-end to form the desired dock
configuration. Because of the various choices in decking, flotation
drums and accessories, we ask you to let one of our experienced
representatives provide a layout to suit your specific needs. Our

Vinyl Rubrail
Our white vunyl rubrail will look great on your dock while providing
protection for your watercraft. These durable PVC extrusions will
not crack , or deteriorate from temperature extremes or harmful
sunlight. They are unaffected by gas, oil, or saltwater. UV
stabilizers and a fungicide are added to prevent yellowing. We offer
stainless ring barb nails for easy, secure attachment of the rubrail to your dock. |

Piling Caps |

Available in "Cone" or "Flat" shape. Our piling caps will extend the
life of your pilings by preventing water from seeping into the
exposed end grain. Eleven different sizes of each shape. Pre-punched
holes for easy mounting. High molecular weight polyethylene with UV
inhibitors. Our piling caps come in standard colors of white or black. Other colors are
available when ordering 500 pieces or more. |
